2009 RE-CAP

BBI hosted three events in 2009

1. 2nd Annual BCI Gymnastics Competition - February
   
2. 1st Annual Boots, Bands & Bulls Concert - May
3. 2nd Annual Angel Gala - November

BBI hosted a Rally Foundation Rider as they trekked up the east coast to raise funds for childhood cancer research.

Attended the Children's Promise Radiothon, provided "Brittany's Buddies" to the children

Joined forces with the Ronald McDonald House to help UNC families

Participated in the annual Free to Breath 5K Rally

Partnered with local students at EGMMS and GMHS:  Penny Wars, Lung Cancer Awareness Month event during the high school football game, Freshman Class toy drive



 Where your donations made a difference...

UNC Children's Hospital:  "Lunch Money" Performance, CD players and CD's, stuffed animals throughout the year

UNC Patient/Family Resource Center:  Multiple donations (used to custom make teen wigs, supply gas card - parking passes - grocery cards)

Ronald McDonald House / SECU House:  Donations of "house" supplies, toys, books

Ronald McDonald House (family specific):  Purchased a double stroller and supplies for a young mom with two little ones traveling back and forth to the hospital; Paid utilities / phone bills for out of town family during an extended stay

Gift packages to local families, including gas / food cards, travel supplies, children's games
